Assistance in Securing Government Incentives
Financial incentive packages, like the Downtown Business Incentive Credit Program, are available for qualifying companies. GPI can also help you with incentive negotiations when applying for a standard exemption if you meet certain qualifications. This exemption, through the Standard Enterprise Zone Program, can give businesses a tax abatement for three to five years. These, among other incentives, are often based on industry type, job and tax creation and location. Our team is well-versed in the incentive process and can help companies identify and apply for different project incentive programs.
