North Plains is a growing semi-rural city of just over 3,600 residents west of Portland and around a 10-minute drive to Intel’s Hillsboro facilities and Oregon’s Silicon Forest. It is a connected community with the perfect blend of small-town charm, natural beauty, and economic opportunity. This city is a growing economic hub with available land, solid infrastructure and utilities, a growing technology sector workforce, easy access to various transportation options, and proximity to the Portland Metro area and the beautiful Oregon Coast.
