On the Job Training
On-the-job training is an excellent alternative if you are having a hard time finding qualified applicants.
WorkSource can reduce the cost of hiring and training new employees with on-the-job training by paying a portion of qualified workers’ wage during their training period. All you have to do is agree to retain the worker(s) afterword if they performed their job well, and to teach him or her the necessary skills to continue to do the job.
